An 'Indian Summer Supper' at O'Connell's in Donnybrook, Dublin with a delicious 4 course menu inspired by the fresh flavours and vibrant colours from the east, using the best of local Irish produce.

Almost a year on from filming MasterChef and Three Girls Cook meet William once again. This time we cooked up a delicious three course menu, with wine pairings by Red Squirrel and cooked for 50 guests at Williams amazing supper club venue at Weston Hall
